Your Appointment
Whether your provider refers you or you make your own appointment, we will start with a convenient tele-health visit from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere! All you need is a phone, computer, or tablet. At the time of your visit you will receive a text message. Simply click on the link, follow the simple instructions, and you will be talking by video with one of our sleep providers.

Sleep in Your Bed
If a sleep study is necessary, we will arrange for a small kit to be delivered to your home. The specific and best device for you will be chosen and discussed at your first visit (see below for more information on the two different types of home sleep tests). Once it arrives, follow the easy instructions and wear the small device while sleeping in your own bed that night. No strange beds, rooms, or sticky gel in your hair! After you sleep, simply follow the instructions included with your particular device for ending the study and transmitting the information for us to review.

Once we get your results back, we will schedule a telehealth visit within 5-10 business days to discuss your results and your individualized treatment plan
